Return to Allah:-
As usual in the Quran, the concept of returning is plagiarised from the Bible.
Genesis 3:19 " By the sweat of your brow shall you eat bread until you return to the ground, from which you were taken:
For you are dust, and to dust you shall return"
29: 57 Every soul shall have a taste of death: in the end to Us shall ye be brought back.
40: 43 "Without doubt ye do call me to one who is not fit to be called to whether in this world or in the Hereafter; our Return will be to Allah; and the Transgressors will be Companions of the Fire!
50: 43 Verily it is We Who give Life and Death; and to Us is the Final Goal--
*** As was his wont, Muhammad misunderstood the Biblical concept of the RETURN. In the Bible, the 'return' was to DUST, from which mankind came.
The Torah had no concept of Heaven or Hell and no return to God. These ideas were first propounded later on by the Hebrew theologians, consequently followed by the Christian ones from both of whom, Muhammad expounded his own.
In Muhammad's Quran, it is a 'return' to Allah, which of course is not the same ***
